How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Processing time at our warehouse usually takes 1-2 business days before the carrier picks up your package.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that clearance items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
How do I know which size to choose?
Each product page includes a specific size guide and fit notes. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit, or checking the model's measurements for comparison.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Oak&Pearl Clothing Co. ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping zones to more international destinations in the near future.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we can only make changes or cancellations within 1 hour of the order being placed. Please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
